Job Summary
The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing regional field marketing and sales team while driving consumer-focused marketing initiatives that support brand growth. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring regional activities align with broader integrated marketing objectives.
The RMM leverages deep knowledge of local markets, consumers, and partners to build impactful programs, strengthen brand presence, and create meaningful experiences. A key focus is connecting regional execution to Integrated Marketing Experiences while delivering against core priorities: enabling taste and purchase, inspiring new brand champions, and creating authentic, culturally relevant activations.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team including Team Leads, Field Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, and agency partners
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management
- Establish KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews to drive accountability and growth
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives
Stakeholder & Bottler Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact (Single Thread Owner) for bottler relationships
- Align internal teams to support bottler initiatives and partnerships
- Lead development and execution of regional and local initiatives to strengthen brand presence
- Provide strategic input on partnerships and agreements to ensure market alignment
Regional Marketing & Partnerships
- Develop and execute region-specific marketing programs and activations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and cultural influencers
- Ensure high-quality execution of brand initiatives and integrated marketing programs
Budget & Program Management
- Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Track performance against KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights
- Oversee program execution to ensure alignment with brand and organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, brand marketing, or related roles (CPG or beverage experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing and developing teams
- Strong project management and event execution experience
- Experience managing budgets and driving performance against KPIs
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in marketing strategy
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned region
- Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000
- Bonus Potential: 10%
- Communication Allowance: $150 per month
