What You’ll Do:
People Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop a regional field marketing team, including hiring, onboarding, and KPI goal setting.
Oversee quarterly and monthly reviews (MBRs) with Team Leads and stakeholders.
Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to ensure team growth and accountability.
Client & Bottler Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client Brand Team and bottling partners.
Align internal resources to support local partnerships and initiatives.
Provide strategic thought-leadership on partnerships, field activations, and bottler initiatives to enhance brand presence.
Field Marketing & Brand Programming
Develop and execute innovative regional programs and activations that align with the brand’s ethos.
Consult on partnership opportunities, overseeing activation strategies to ensure flawless execution.
Build relationships with key cultural stakeholders to establish the brand in influential spaces.
Budget & Reporting
Manage regional program budgets with accountability for planning and allocation.
Deliver timely reports, MBR updates, and success benchmarks to stakeholders.
Ensure financial discipline while maximizing impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must live in and have strong geographic knowledge of the region. Location: Market-based, with travel as required.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including early mornings, nights, and weekends) and travel as needed required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Health & Wellness, or related field.
- 3+ years of field or brand marketing experience required (beverage/CPG strongly preferred).
- Experience training and managing a team in fast-paced environments required.
- Budget management and KPI accountability experience required.
- Strong background in project management and/or event planning; prior sales experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities.

Salary:
- $110,000 - $120,000
- 10% annual bonus opportunity
