New Business Manager (Growth Operations) 

*This is a temporary full-time position covering a team member's leave, with an anticipated duration from early-to-mid September through mid-December. This hybrid role requires working from our Ampersand Studios office in Miami, FL every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.*

Job Summary

The New Business Manager (Growth Operations) is responsible for driving Green House's new business pipeline from lead generation through proposal submission and handoff. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Growth team, ensuring opportunities are sourced, qualified, managed, and executed efficiently.

Working closely with Growth leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll coordinate multiple new business pursuits simultaneously, manage CRM and pipeline integrity, oversee proposal development, and keep teams aligned to deliver high-quality, on-time submissions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment where project management, collaboration, and attention to detail are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, qualify, and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities aligned with Green House's growth strategy.
  • Conduct prospect and market research to identify target accounts, key stakeholders, and strategic opportunities.
  • Own CRM accuracy, pipeline reporting, and opportunity tracking to ensure visibility and data integrity.
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of new business pursuits, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams from kickoff through proposal submission.
  • Develop project plans, manage priorities, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of proposals, presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Maintain and continuously improve sales enablement resources, including credentials decks, case studies, proposal templates, and pursuit assets.
  • Partner with Strategy, Creative, Finance, Operations, and Growth leaders to ensure opportunities are aligned, executable, and positioned for success.
  • Support seamless transitions from business development to client delivery by coordinating complete project handoffs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pipeline processes, pursuit operations, reporting, and overall commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in business development, growth operations, sales operations, project management, or a related commercial role within an agency, marketing, advertising, or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing new business pipelines, CRM systems, and multiple concurrent pursuits from lead generation through proposal submission.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Experience partnering with creative, strategy, finance, operations, and business development teams to execute complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, project management tools, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools and technology to improve efficiency, research, and workflow management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining accuracy, structure, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting agency new business, pitch management, or growth operations.
  • Experience with lead generation, account research, and outbound prospecting.
  • Experience developing or improving business development processes, templates, reporting, or operational workflows.
  • Familiarity with creative agency, brand marketing, shopper marketing, or experiential marketing environments.

Work Setting 

  • Hybrid role based in Miami, Florida 
  • In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during regular business hours required 
  • Remote work available Monday and Friday

Compensation

  • $41 per hour
