What You’ll Do:
Strategic Planning & Programming
Create consumer demand by building brand awareness and driving trial in designated markets.
Collaborate with leadership and distributor partners on route-to-market and inventory needs.
Analyze your account base with consistent visits, identifying opportunities and ensuring compliance.
Deliver professional sales presentations covering new products, cold box placements, menus, and promotions.
Ensure maximum visibility in accounts using effective POS materials.
Identify opportunities for events, partnerships, and initiatives to strengthen local market presence.
Drive guest marketing programs to deliver best-in-class execution in on-premise accounts.
Meet performance standards by achieving distribution, programming, and KPI goals.
Secure programming that complies with all state/local laws and corporate directives.
Budget Management, Communication & Reporting
Ensure financial resources are aligned with brand growth objectives.
Collaborate with regional teams on reporting and business reviews.
Deliver timely post-program and market activity recaps to stakeholders.
Manage budgets, submit expense reports bi-weekly, and oversee inventory/asset management.
Trade Engagement
Act as the primary contact for regional/local trade advocacy groups and industry events.
Build strong relationships with beverage alcohol suppliers and brand ambassadors.
Stay informed on industry trends, key account openings, and local influencers.
Conduct engaging trainings to ensure consistent “perfect pour” brand standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Must be over 21 (25+ preferred due to Tide House Recommendations) required.
2+ years of on-premise marketing, sales, or event experience in beverage alcohol or CPG required.
1+ year(s) of supplier or distributor experience highly preferred.
1+ year(s) of bartending, serving, or restaurant management experience strongly preferred.
Event planning or brand ambassador experience a plus.
Must live in territory and be familiar with local market and key accounts.
Understanding of the three-tier system and compliance laws a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; graphic design skills a plus.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to lift/carry 40+ lbs and transport POS, event equipment, and product.

Salary:
- Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
- Annual Bonus Opportunity: 10%
- Car Allowance: $300 bi-weekly
- Communication Allowance: $75 bi-weekly
