Job Summary:
The On Premise Market Manager will be responsible for driving on-premise brand engagement, managing key trade partnerships, and leading program execution and activations for Mother Brand (MB) within the on-premise channel. The ideal candidate is expected to balance strategic thinking with effective execution in a dynamic environment, working closely with stakeholders across retail, trade advocacy, and education channels. Key KPIs will guide the performance of this role, which focuses on developing localized brand partnerships, executing guest
marketing initiatives, and overseeing trade education and training programs. The On-Premise Market Manager will report to the On-Premise Channel Lead.

Responsibilities:
10% Localized Brand Partnerships & Programming:
- Establish strategic localized partnerships to enhance brand positioning within the on-premise channel.
- Drive brand visibility and engagement by collaborating with local market players.
10% Earned & Influencer Marketing:
- Collaborate with local influencers and trade professionals to build brand advocacy and visibility.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Brand Edge team.
25% Mother Brand (MB) Trade Advocacy / Education & Training:
- Lead and implement MB trade education programs, including Train- the-Trainer modules and Topo Academy.
- Act as a subject matter expert on MB’s trade advocacy initiatives, supporting field coaching and execution.
- Deliver trade engagement initiatives, supporting brand and spirits partnerships.
50% MB Total Account Management: Relationship Building, Guest Marketing Execution & Activation:
- Oversee account management and relationship building with key on-premise accounts.
- Drive guest marketing execution across key accounts, ensuring alignment with MB's brand guidelines.
- Activate and manage all guest marketing initiatives and executions.
5% Communication, Reporting & Admin:
- Ensure timely reporting of program activities and KPIs using the company’s CRM and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on program goals, execution strategies, and key results.
- Maintain budget tracking, expense reports, and program communications with stakeholders.
- 5+ years of beverage Sales & Marketing experience; adult beverage experience preferred.
- Adept at networking, selling, and interacting with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent communication, articulation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all extended sales and brand team members.
- Strong business acumen, including Microsoft Office, professional communication, and presentation development.
- Understanding of efficiencies by leveraging opportunities against multiple resources.
- Willingness to work unconventional hours (late nights and weekends).
- Must be willing to live in the focus market.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel (drive) through the designated market area.
- Out-of-market travel is estimated at 40%.

Compensation:
- Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
- Bonus Potential: 10%
- Auto Allowance: $600 per month
- Communication Allowance: $150 per month
- Wellness Benefit: $50 per month
