The increased field presence reflects the senior nature of this role and its responsibility for shaping market-level strategy in real time.

The ideal candidate is an experienced field sales leader with deep program knowledge, strong coaching instincts, and the credibility and communication skills to develop talent, influence distributor and client stakeholders, and drive measurable growth through local market intelligence and consumer passions.

  • Ensure compliance with Green House and client standards across all third-party contracts, and oversee communication so brand priorities are consistent and well-represented across all field teams and stakeholders.

Stratigic Planning & Market  Development

  • Identify opportunities to enhance field sales programs, ensuring execution reflects regional and local market opportunities, consumer passions, and long-term brand preference objectives that drive per capita consumption and velocity growth

  • Continuously evaluate human capital needs and recommend strategic adjustments based on ongoing performance tracking, local market intelligence, and program results, with a forward view toward team scalability and capability growth.

  • Develop and execute retail strategies that align with program goals, client commitments, and route-to-market priorities, while contributing strategic perspective to client planning conversations and quarterly business reviews.

  • Develop and share channel-specific reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, reviewing program results and recommending improvements to drive distribution growth, brand visibility, and measurable commercial impact.

Performance Reporting & Budget Oversight

  • Communicate performance, KPI tracking, and team development updates to internal stakeholders on a regular cadence, conducting monthly reviews against human capital performance and training progress.

  • Work closely with the Green House Finance team to develop and monitor all human capital program budgets, providing periodic budget reviews to ensure resource alignment with team goals, hiring costs, and in-field priorities.

  • Ensure field teams are actively utilizing reporting tools such as Repsly to track activities and provide weekly and monthly recaps that surface actionable insights for internal leadership and client stakeholders.

  • Support financial tracking related to field operations, ensuring alignment of resources with in-field priorities and proactively flagging budget variances, resourcing gaps, or scope changes to leadership.

In-Field Support & Distributor Engagement (35%)

  • Provide substantial on-ground presence and support to Field Sales teams, meeting regularly with key distributor, wholesaler, and bottler stakeholders to ensure program alignment, brand representation, and momentum behind new initiatives.

  • Lead regular field reviews discussing on-ground execution, program success metrics, and stakeholder feedback; leverage in-market observations to adjust KPIs, field strategies, and team direction in real time.

  • Serve as a credible strategic presence in client-facing field conversations, representing Green House with confidence and contributing market-level insights that strengthen client trust and partnership.

  • Ensure all field activities comply with state and local laws, client directives, and Green House standards; share field intelligence with internal leadership to drive responsiveness and continuous improvement across markets.

Stakeholder Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with national, regional, and local stakeholders to support route-to-market partners, ensuring program updates are communicated clearly and brand representation remains consistent across all channels.
