Executive Assistant - Miami, FL (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:
Executive & Operational Support
Manage and maintain the VP’s complex calendar, including meetings, travel, and priorities.
Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare, edit, and proof executive-level correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Track and manage key action items, priorities, and deliverables for senior leadership.
Team Enablement, Change Management & Multi-Year Planning
Support team members through clear communication, resources, and alignment with business objectives.
Assist in driving internal initiatives for team development, operations, and cross-functional alignment.
Help coordinate organizational change efforts and agency integrations.
Facilitate annual and long-term business planning—meeting coordination, input gathering, and goal tracking.
Plan team-building activities, retreats, and culture-building events to strengthen collaboration.
Project & Business Operations Management
Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, company town halls, planning sessions, and off-sites.
Support development of operational, planning, and reporting materials.
Assist with cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects as assigned by the VP.
Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Agency, startup, or dynamic company experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with organizational change, strategic planning, and event coordination a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms.
Adaptability to thrive in ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000
