Job Summary

The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing in-store execution within an assigned territory. This role focuses primarily on selling and execution at the store level, while identifying opportunities to influence District and Market Managers when appropriate.

The TSR ensures flawless merchandising standards, expands brand presence, strengthens distributor partnerships, and achieves sales objectives through consistent execution and relationship building. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

*This position is expected to run through December 2026, with the possibility of extension. If the assignment were to end, our team would make every effort to place you in a new opportunity within your territory, if available.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Execution (95%)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail decision makers across assigned territory

  • Build and maintain in-store displays to drive sales, including cooler placement, permanent rack placement, and POS execution

  • Monitor inventory levels, product placement, and promotional execution to ensure optimal stock levels and visibility

  • Introduce and sell product extensions once authorized and available through distributors

  • Optimize shelf placement and product mix to maximize visibility and sales impact

  • Support sampling events and product demos at local events when applicable

  • Partner with Distributor Sales Representatives to educate on brand priorities and support in-store sell-in efforts

  • Support distributor, national, and regional chain resets within territory

  • Participate in distributor sales meetings, market blitzes, and crew drive activities as requested

  • Travel throughout territory and occasionally support adjacent territories when needed

Administrative & Reporting (5%)

  • Track store visits, execution standards, and KPIs through CRM tools such as Repsly

  • Maintain accurate reporting and territory updates

  • Adhere to all administrative requirements of the role

  • Provide market feedback and insights to leadership

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of beverage, grocery, C-store, and/or large format retail sales experience required

  • Proven success driving sales growth and achieving performance metrics in a retail or field-based environment

  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills with retail decision-makers

  • Experience working with distributors and understanding retail merchandising strategies

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and confident presence

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record

  • Reliable smartphone for CRM reporting and field communication

Compensation

  • Salary rage: $65,000 to $ 70,000 plus potential 10% discretionary bonus opportunity 

  • Auto Allowance: $500 monthly

  • Communication Allowance: $100 monthly
