Job Summary
The Field Execution Manager (FEM) is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring best-in-class retail execution across an assigned territory. This role focuses on expanding brand presence, increasing retail performance, and strengthening distributor and retailer partnerships through consistent in-store execution and strategic account management. The FEM plays a critical role in executing display strategy, improving Retail Performance Scores (RPS), optimizing shelf and cooler placement, and delivering measurable results at the store level. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple retail accounts efficiently.
*The anticipated start date for this position is April 1, 2026. This is a project-based role expected to run through December 31, 2026, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.*
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with grocery, C-store, and large format retail decision-makers within your assigned territory.
Drive in-store execution of displays, coolers, racks, and POS to increase brand visibility and sales performance.
Identify and secure new distribution opportunities and product expansions in partnership with distributor sales teams.
Monitor inventory levels, promotional execution, and merchandising standards to ensure optimal stock and placement.
Optimize shelf space and product mix to maximize sales impact.
Support resets, promotional initiatives, sampling events, and market blitz activities.
Participate in distributor meetings and collaborate closely with distributor sales representatives to align on brand priorities.
Track KPIs, store visits, and execution metrics using CRM tools (e.g., Repsly).
Provide consistent market feedback, competitive insights, and performance updates to leadership.
Travel regularly within assigned territory and occasionally support adjacent territories as needed.
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of experience in beverage, grocery sales, C-store sales, and/or large format retail sales experience required.
Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving performance metrics in a retail or field-based environment.
Strong account management and relationship-building skills with retail decision-makers.
Experience working with distributors and understanding of retail merchandising strategies.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and confident presence.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record.
Reliable smartphone for CRM reporting and field communication.
