Senior AI Creative Designer, QTC (AI-Enabled Production Lead) - Miami, FL
Senior Creative Operations Manager (QTC + Commercialization)
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in-office required, with remote work available Monday and Friday)
About the Role
Green House is a Brand-to-Demand creative marketing agency built to own the moment of choice—operating at the intersection of branding, frontline, and activation. Our Quick Turn Creative (QTC) function serves as a high-speed commercialization engine, delivering scalable, high-quality creative output that fuels growth and new business.
We are seeking a Senior AI Creative Designer (AI-Enabled Production Lead) to serve as the hands-on creative leader for QTC production. This is a working manager role, responsible for both executing high-priority creative work and leading a distributed production team (offshore bench + freelancer network).
You will own the creative bar, direction, and production quality, ensuring that all work is on-brand, polished, and delivered at speed—while leveraging AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and scalability. In close partnership with the Creative Operations Manager (who owns the business engine and workflow system), you will ensure QTC delivers fast, high-quality outputs without sacrificing consistency or control.
This role is ideal for a player-coach creative leader who thrives in high-volume environments and is equally comfortable designing, directing, and optimizing production systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Quality Control
Set and enforce creative quality standards across all QTC deliverables (decks, toolkits, one-pagers, activation assets, social content)
Provide clear, actionable creative direction that minimizes ambiguity and rework
Lead creative reviews and final QA to ensure all outputs are client-ready and on-brand
Maintain and evolve reusable design systems, templates, and brand toolkits
2. Creative Briefing & Direction Packages
Translate intake into clear, structured creative briefs (objective, audience, messaging, deliverables, specs, approvals)
Develop direction packages and mood boards to guide production teams (visual references, layouts, typography, do/don’t examples)
Ensure briefing completeness in partnership with Creative Operations (“no brief, no build”)
Maintain scalable templates for briefs and direction packages to increase speed and consistency
3. Hands-On Design Execution
Personally execute high-priority or high-stakes creative work (pitch content, decks, toolkits, key assets)
Act as escalation designer for urgent timelines, polish passes, and final QA
Set the creative standard through hands-on execution that serves as a benchmark for the team
4. AI-Enabled Creative Production
Integrate AI tools into creative workflows (design iteration, resizing, copy variation, QA, layout support)
Establish and enforce AI usage standards, including prompts, guardrails, and compliance checks
Train and coach internal and external teams on AI-enabled workflows and best practices
Drive efficiency through modular design systems, automation, and asset reuse
5. Production Leadership (Offshore + Freelancers)
Lead daily production across offshore bench resources (assignment, coaching, quality oversight)
Direct freelancer network for specialty and surge work
Provide performance feedback on creative output (quality, speed, responsiveness)
Partner with Creative Operations on capacity planning and resource allocation
6. Delivery Leadership (Production-Level Execution)
Translate briefs into clear production plans, sequencing, and handoffs
Ensure creative readiness at each stage of the workflow
Anticipate production risks and escalate proactively with solutions
Reduce revision cycles by enforcing structured feedback and clarity upfront
7. Vertical & Stakeholder Support
Partner with Vertical and Account teams to ensure outputs align with business context and frontline needs
Support fast-turn opportunities and business-critical initiatives without sacrificing quality
Align creative outputs with broader narrative, messaging, and commercialization goals
Qualifications
6–10+ years of experience in creative production, design, or art direction within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment
Strong background as a Senior Designer or Art Director who is ready to step into a Creative Director–level mindset while remaining hands-on in execution
Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative under compressed timelines (e.g., reducing production timelines from days to hours/days through process, clarity, and efficiency)
Demonstrated expertise in developing highly detailed creative briefs and direction packages (including visual references, layout guidance, and clear execution instructions) that enable junior or offshore designers to execute with minimal back-and-forth
Strong ability to translate vision into clear, actionable direction—especially for distributed teams or designers at varying skill levels
Experience managing or directing freelancers, offshore teams, or agency partners, including briefing, feedback, and quality control
Proven track record of reducing revision cycles and improving production efficiency through better upfront clarity, structure, and communication
Advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint/Keynote) with strong attention to detail in layout, storytelling, and presentation design
Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows (prompting, iteration, scaling production, QA), with a focus on improving speed and consistency
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative direction, provide decisive feedback, and align cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred:
Experience operating in a high-volume, fast-turn creative environment (pitch work, commercialization, activation, modular content systems)
Experience building or contributing to scalable creative systems (templates, modular design, reusable assets)
Familiarity with working in a player-coach model, balancing hands-on design with team leadership
Skills & Competencies
Creative direction and quality leadership
Hands-on design execution (“hands on keys”)
AI-enabled creative production and workflow optimization
Strong briefing and direction-setting capabilities
Production leadership across distributed teams
Stakeholder management and feedback control
Ability to deliver under tight timelines with consistency and precision
